In the process of awarding the prize, the parent/guardian will be asked to complete a Liability and Publicity Release form, which requires complete understanding of the rules and regulations of the contest, plus parent/guardian consent in the form of signature.
- If you wish to receive monthly email updates on activities, you will be required to provide us with your parent/guardian’s name and email address. Your parent/guardian will be contacted via email to ensure permission is given.
